The SilverEco and Ageing Well International Festival, the event for Silver Economy stakeholders, returns to the Palais des Festivals de Cannes on September 12th & 13th, 2022
Improving the quality of life of the elderly, guaranteeing their autonomy for as long as possible and even extending their life expectancy, by new economic needs, technological, and industrial, related to advancing age are the field of innovation in many areas, such as in health, safety, autonomy, housing, services, leisure, etc.
The diversity of players in the Silver economy sector, their dynamism, their innovations, their potential for creating jobs, and their commitment to ageing well, all bear witness to the real economic opportunity of the demographic transition.
Startups, top speakers, investors, major groups and professionals in the medical and social sector, nursing homes, international experts in the Silver economy, not forgetting the seniors themselves, the entire French and international Silver economy ecosystem will be meeting for two days in Cannes at the SilverEco and Ageing Well International Festival to exchange best practices, discover the talents of today and tomorrow, showcase innovations, and promote new offers and innovative services.
Four major events will punctuate the Festival:
- the SilverEco Market Place, with conferences, networking sessions, business meetings and the Expo Forum to discover innovations and major players in the field of good aging. In 2021, more than €1 million in framework contracts were signed during the Festival!
- the SilverEco Trophies, which recognizes the best initiatives, solutions, and best practices of the year by a jury of 50 professionals who will award 10 categories chosen between 100 candidates, but also a public prize, a seniors’ prize and the traditional “Coups de Cœur”!
- the 14th SilverNight, the annual event that brings together more than 1,500 professionals,
- The SilverEco & Ageing Well international Awards for international projects will be presented during SilverNight. After Paris in 2018 and Tokyo in 2019, the event is back in Cannes.
