From airport to the City center

Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway

The Railway is certainly the best way to reach the city or the airport, taking around 25 minutes.
The trains on the Gdansk-Wrzeszcz – Port Lotniczy – Gdynia Glowna route arrive every 30 minutes.
The SKM kilometre tariff applies on these trains (also on journeys with a transfer in Wrzeszcz going towards Gdansk Srodmiescie or Sopot). Passengers can also purchase Gdansk municipal zone tickets, allowing them to reach any SKM station in that city.

The tickets can be purchased at service points and from vending machines found at the stations or on trains.
The Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway station can be foundat the T2 passenger terminal and is connected to it by a special tunnel.

Bus access

The buses to and from the airport operate on a regular and frequent basis and the route takes around 40 minutes.

Taxi

If comfort is what you are looking for, then a taxi is what you should call. The fare to the centre of Gdansk is about PLN 60, and the drive takes approx. 20 minutes. Be sure to pick a car which has an airport badge of recommendation on it. This guarantees a fair price and good quality of service.

Remember that you can also rent a car. There’s no shortage of car rental companies at the airport, which gives you a wide variety of vehicles to choose from.
