Workshop Coordinator
The HEROES project (https://heroesproject.eu/) is an innovative, age-inclusive platform for recruiting caregivers. One of the success factors for new platforms is user experience. In an interactive format, participants of the workshop learn and apply the user research methods used within the one-year field trials in the HEROES project, taking home inspiration and ideas for own AAL projects, products and initiatives. The workshop introduces user-centered design as a method and focuses on quantitative as well as qualitative methods around technology acceptance, usability and user experience. Short inputs of the speakers give additional practical inputs and insights.
