Active and healthy aging has been a focus of the AAL Programme during the last decade. The procurements released led to the development of numerous innovative systems to support older adults across their life span with market launch and integration being the ultimate goal. However, utilizing and binding all aspects of user feedback into one concrete business and user centered approach remains a challenge in R&D projects. Our session aims to present our experiences from the GUIDed AAL project, reflect on the challenges in translating user feedback into a meaningful, unified plan to proceed encompassing all work packages and project progress and translating all attendee feedback into a “take home” checklist to facilitate future endeavors.
